- Provision of legal and company secretarial services to foreign and national companies including but not limited to maintenance of required statutory registers, filing of returns and resolutions and other statutory documents at the Companies Registry, maintenance of records of minutes of general meetings and board meetings, relevant statutory books including Register of Members, Register of Directors and Secretaries, Register of Debentures among others, facilitating appropriate convening and holding of general meetings and meetings of the Board of Directors and reviewing the letters of resignation for the resigning directors and undertaking the requisite filings at the Companies Registry
- Provided legal advisory services to an international edible oil company for the establishment of a USD 500 million (KES 65 billion) oil terminal in Mombasa.
- Conducted legal due diligence for private equity investments in pension schemes valued between USD 5–20 million (KES 650 million–KES 2.6 billion).
- Facilitated the establishment and operationalization of Export Processing Zone (EPZ) entities, including a USD 70 million (KES 9.1 billion) industrial venture projected to generate over 7,500 job.
- Acted for government entities and county governments in PPP and procurement transactions exceeding USD 500 million (KES 65 billion) in value.
- Represented Kenya Power, KenGen, and Kenya Pipeline Company in key infrastructure transactions worth over USD 300 million (KES 39 billion.
- Acted for and advised a leading motor vehicle insurance company in a proposed complex merger worth USD. 30 Million.
- Acted for AIB Capital Limited in its successful Merger with Apex Africa Capital Limited.
- Conducted Legal Due Diligence on African Development Partners III by Development Partners International on behalf of a local pension scheme investing approximately USD. 5 Million;
- Acted for County Pension Fund concerning the establishment and investment into of Dhamana Guarantee Company Limited, a Credit Enhancement and Credit Substitution entity, in a transaction valued at over USD 32 million (KES 4.2 billion).
