- Acted for KCB Bank Kenya Limited in an asset-based loan facility of USD 8.5 million (KES 1.1 billion) advanced to a pension scheme to finance the construction of a residential estate in Nairobi.
- Acted for KCB Bank Kenya Limited in a USD 9 million loan facility advanced to a leading CFS and logistics company.
- Advised Equity Bank (Kenya) Limited on a credit facility of KES 700 million advanced to a leading University to finance its working capital.
- Advised HFC Limited on the restructuring of a project finance facility of KES 736 million advanced to a private developer for the construction of a luxury resort.
- Acted for a listed bank in a complex lending transaction securing USD 4.2 million (KES 545 million) to finance the construction of a commercial building in CBD, Nairobi.
